We offer several very spacious rooms. Each at least 20 square meter, all individual furnished with double bed, wardrobe closet, lounge area with chairs or sofa, desk, fridge, TV and free Wi-Fi access.
We also have a cozy public lounge with 1 computer desk, where you have a free use of the computer anytime.
Our breakfast room is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, and is available for private cooking as well.

Our breakfast room is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker. You can use it the hole day. Every day you get a continental breakfast here. Two shared bathrooms and toilets are available.
Breakfast will be served in the morning between 9.00 am and 11.00 am. For all those who can’t make it that early, there will be a self-service of breakfast all day.
There are two fully equipped bathrooms with double sink, shower cabins and toilets for our guests to share. Towels are provided as many as you want, as well as a laundry.

Our Guesthouse is very central located on Martin-Luther-Straße, off Motzstraße near the Subway station Nollendorfplatz with his lines U12 and U4.
Also a few minutes away is the well-known Kurfürstendamm with it Shopping mile and the world famous department store KaDeWe.
The Guesthouse is on 1st floor of a well renovated and modernized building, a classic example of Berlins expansion period architecture of the late 1800`s.
The rooms are nicely renovated, so you still can enjoy the original ornamented ceilings and original maintained ovens and floors.
The area is also well known as the gay area of Berlin, so you will find all the gay bars and restaurants just around the corner. This special mixture of people makes the area a real and exiting place to go out and meet different lifestyles.
Around the Guesthouse you will find a lot of different restaurants and bars with culinary delights from all around the World.
Aiport BER Schönefeld Berlin-Brandenburg: Please take the bus X7 or 171 from the terminal to the undergroundstation Rudow. From here with the underground U7 to Bayrischer Platz - change here for one station with the yellow line U4 to Victoria-Luise-Platz and take the exit in front of the train. Cab would be 28 €.
Central Station: Take the S-Train to Zoologischer Garten and change here to the Underground U2 direction Pankow. Get off Nollendorfplatz and walk into the Motzstraße till Martin-Luther-Str ca. 350 m), turn right to the housenumber 21. Cab would be 8 €.
